Between sea and land, between work and leisure, between those who were born here and those who chose to stay.
Lagos is a place where time flows at a different pace — where ideas move with the light, and creativity blends with the sound of the waves and the rhythm of the streets.
Here, tradition and innovation cross paths every day. It’s a city that welcomes, inspires, and constantly transforms through the people who live in it and the stories they create.
And it’s precisely this essence that CoLagos wants to celebrate.
Over the course of a year, we’ll bring to life a new campaign composed of 12 videos, each dedicated to a theme that reflects the soul of Lagos — from urban art to gastronomy, from nature to sport, from cultural diversity to the living history of its people.
Twelve perspectives, twelve ways of seeing and feeling the city, showing how Lagos is a place where it’s good to live, create, and work.
Urban art takes the first step
To launch this series, we begin with urban art — one of the city’s most authentic forms of expression.
In Lagos, art is not confined to galleries. It spreads through the streets, across walls, alleys, and squares, turning everyday life into inspiration.
Between old streets and modern façades, murals emerge that tell stories — stories of those who live, create, and dream here. They speak of identity, belonging, and creative freedom.
Lagos speaks through art.
And on every wall, it reveals a piece of its soul — colourful, vibrant, and genuine.
With this first video, CoLagos begins a visual journey to show what makes Lagos unique: its ability to bring together people, ideas, and ways of life in one inspiring place.
